april showers.

this weeks blog is a bit short as a machanical problem put me out on my first run down....having ripped my back tyre of my newly built wheel and going over the bars after landing on the tunnel jump on the old skool run...i got a bit depressed and went home..but not before talking to jellied about changing the landing to the bomd hole jump ie big bertha...were going to make it longer so you can hit it faster, more of that to come in the following weeks.

so all i can do for now is wet your appertite with a few pics of the stunts on the black run

starting with the first stunt a double with rollable table top on the right.
the second pic is of the second double which is rollable but hasnt got a chicken line. it is balls out to clear it but can be landed a little short

and the third pic is jellied on the big double with short step up chicken run on the left.

there has been rain this week but the trails will be dry n fast at the weekend and with a new tyre on the back with a newly built wheel, things shud be cool will wait n see. hopefully sum more photos and maybe a vid with head cam..

the run its self has been built with hardtails in mind but foz was there on saturday on a full 8"travel dh bike and was luving it

the run starts of with a small straight to gather speed into a small double then a sharp right ,left then a 180 degree burm, another straight run into the first stepdown double, small straight, sharp right another straight then hip to burm with kicker out,off camber fast corner through a tunnel of pine trees a set of camelhump doubles right hand burm then the first big gap jump 22ft wide. with small stepup at the side for the less experianced, very tight left down some man made steps onto the fire road.then the run into big bertha. which is so scary to look at. over the jump into wall ride then small step up...tight straight into new pump section which finishes with a large step down into triple stepup round right hand burm and out onto fire road...1min 30 second later
